The project is to construct a visually appealing commercial space to house Team Town, a new sporting goods retailer acquired by Sporting Life Group. The 28,000 square feet of space was split into two levels; 27,000 square feet of retail and overstock rooms, along with a smaller office/staff back of house area. Major scopes include millwork, painting, flooring, drywall, and electrical. The open floor plan was divided into various retail sections through the use of flooring transitions, accent walls, wing walls, movable walls, and lighting. Milllwork was the main focal point of the project as more than $600,000 worth of custom fabricated wood displays were installed throughout the store.
