The project was to construction of a new addition at St. Anne Catholic Elementary School. An additional eight classrooms and three washrooms were constructed, spanning over two floors with an outdoor learning space. The scopes of work consisted of the following: electrical, mechanical, fire suppression system, masonry, concrete slabs and footings, roof work, structural steel, washroom accessories, washroom plumbing, toilet partitions, drywall, window & doors, curtain wall framing, flooring, paint, site grading, armourstone seating. In the existing building a custodial room was converted into a washroom. Demolition of existing exterior stairs and ramp were completed to allow space for the new addition.
