Rutherford Contracting successfully completed a comprehensive renovation of the Richmond Hill McConaghy Senior Centre’s multipurpose space, enhancing its functionality and aesthetic appeal for the community’s active seniors.
Flooring: Removed and replaced worn gym sports flooring and stage VCT flooring with durable, modern alternatives designed for safety and longevity.
Pickleball Courts: Provided precise line painting to create dedicated pickleball courts, encouraging physical activity and social interaction.
Accessibility: Installed new thresholds at doors to improve accessibility and ease of movement for all users.
Stage Enhancement: Refinished and replaced millwork on the stage, adding new door pulls and refreshing the overall appearance. Refinished stage stairs and handrails for safety and a cohesive look.
Safety First: All work was carefully executed in an occupied space, prioritizing the safety of the center’s staff and patrons.
