Key tasks include: interior construction consisting of partition walls/ceilings for office spaces and washrooms, painting, flooring, millwork, display units, warehouse storage; mechanical and electrical work consisting of new HVAC system, lighting, power distribution, refrigeration systems for beverage storage, security and communication systems, plumbing work for staff washrooms, utility sink; and accessibility compliance to meet AODA.
