Port Hope High School Labs & Lecture Rooms Renovations

Scope of work included major abatement removals including type 3 procedures, demolition of existing elements to accommodate new finishes, new plumbing to suit new millwork in the Laboratories and new Air and Hydronic Systems. There was also Specialty Systems in Labs (associated with the new Fume Hood and Lab equipment), new light fixtures, flooring and other finishes required for the full retrofit of the designated spaces. The Lecture Hall received all new finishes and new Theatre Seating.
