Rutherford completed a 75 meter long Reinforced Soil Structure retaining wall within the Don Yard between Parliament and Cherry Street. Pre-fabricated panels were lifted and secured into place, and lightweight foam concrete was used to backfill. This track-level project included the retaining wall, guardrails, silt fence and drainage along the new wall.
