The project was the redevelopment of the sports field for the Durham Catholic District School Board . The scope of work includes demolition of the existing soccer/football field, tree clearing, cut and fill operation of over 10,000m3 of existing fill, rough grading, sub-drainage, storm sewer upgrades and culverts, infiltration gallery construction, new parking lot and driveway construction, irrigation, sports field lighting, parking lot lighting, electrical bunker with new lighting panels, concrete paving, concrete curb, asphalt paving, asphalt athletic track, grassed sports field with rootzone mix (topsoil amendment), asphalt walkway, line painting, signage, pylon sign, site furniture (bleachers, bike racks, soccer/football goal posts), precast armourstone seating, precast retaining wall, railings, tree planting, topsoil and sod.
