The first phase of the Project consists of removing and replacing existing piping, petroleum electrical, dispensers with sumps and hose reels from the floating docks and remove buried pipes and electrical for the fueling system from the existing underground tanks as well as replace the main dock and service dock. The second phase of the Project requires us to replace the underground tanks with newer ones, build a concrete pad above the tanks as well as replacing the secondary dock.
