The project involved the following scope removing existing Rooftop Units RTU-1 through RTU-11, removing existing RTU reheat coils with the exception of the one serving RTU-1, removing existing split system fan coils and associated reheat coils, removing existing glycol heating pumps in the boiler room, providing new RTU’s to replace the ones removed, complete with built-in heating coils, providing new VAV Terminal Boxes complete with reheat coils, modifying ductwork to accommodate the above, modifying piping in the boiler room to accommodate above, providing new piping to feed the new coils, electrical work, structural reinforcing and framing associated with the above, roofing replacement and roofing work related to new roof curbs associated with the above.
