The Town of Innisfil – Town Square Development is for the design and construction of a new public, programmable space; a four-season multi-use park including the following: Skating Trail, including refrigeration system and associated mechanical and surface paving. Unit pavers, concrete walkways, and pedestrians thoroughfares. Landscape planting and site furnishings including seating walls, bench seating, retaining walls, fire pit, sodding. All required site servicing for electrical, lighting, AV, water, sewer, and gas. Site buildings including a pavilion with accessible washrooms, concession stand, mechanical equipment buildings, ice resurfacer storage and a multi-use stage and event space. The park will also incorporate water play/splash pad features and civic style water features in the summer months.
