Restore and replace (2) roof access ladders at the Hillside Place in Mississauga to meet new code requirements.

For Ladder #01 (South Ladder), we removed the existing roof access ladder and associated expansion anchors that did not meet code.

We then Reinstalled the existing ladder complete with new epoxy anchors at engineered depth, as per OBC SB-8

Lastly, we provided secondary anchoring to top of ladder

For Ladder #02 (North Ladder)

We Removed the existing roof access ladder and disposed of it offsite. A new aluminum modular ladder was supplied & installed in it’s place complete with new epoxy anchors into the block wall.

Engineer stamp drawings were provided for the new ladder installation.
